X17 XCLUSIVE - Katie And Bella Go Bargain Shopping At H&M

Katie Holmes may spend thousands when it comes to Suri's wardrobe, but she's a bargain shopper for herself and step-daughter Bella!
Katie and Bella got some retail therapy at the affordable clothing store H&M in West Hollywood this afternoon, where a source inside the store tells X17online that Katie's a regular when it comes to the Swedish brand. "Katie loves the H&M brand," the source tells us. "She bought about ten things, mostly basics, including a cute $59 trench." The source went on to say about the red carpet regular, "It’s obvious that she believes in mixing high and low priced fashion items."
One trend Katie was particularly interested in the store was the nautical look. "Katie loved all the sailor-inspired pieces," says the source.
And this isn't the first time Tom Cruise's wife has shopped at H&M! Check her out below in October 2008 decked out in the Comme des Garcon scarf, shirt and cardigan:

In fact, our spy also says that Katie was "very down-to-earth" and didn't demand any special treatment for herself and Bella. However, if Suri was there, we think it may have been quite a different story -- You know Suri gets special attention no matter where she goes!
And we highly doubt she'd ever wear H&M! Only high end designer clothing for her!

Both gals are looking cute. I love how Katie seams to have a close relationship with her step-chidren.
She seriously looks like a witch. All the money probably has gotten to her head. Isabella is adorable on the other hand!
The Scientology zealot TommyGirl probably won't allow his Stepford wife to spend too much money on herself...but on their spawn of the devil, spoiled brat daughter, the sky is the limit. Katie should use her own money and start dressing more stylishly. She looks like a middle aged frump most of the time.

The clothes are probably for Bella. Suri gets a million dollar wardrobe and Bella gets H & M. I hate that Suri is the golden child and his other children are put on the back burner. Don't get me wrong....I'm not blaming adorable Suri. I'm blaming Crazy Tom Cruise and his show pony contract bride who looks 10 years older than she is.
That's what I like about Katie and Suri. They look so human: Katie has the right to be sad or to wear casual clothes, we've seen Suri crying or looking sad or upset. They can let their hair loose if they feel like.
Isabella seems like a great kid.

Its one thing to be sad some of the time, but Katie looks miserable ALL THE TIME. That girl has not been happy since the beginning of her relationship with Tom. I wish she would get away from that crazy freak.
I think when Katie married Tom, she sort of lost her identity. she was always down to earth and now she tries TOO hard to be a "fashion diva". A couple more years and she will return to the katie we all knew and loved. You never lose who you are..EVER. She will rediscover who she is and then you will see her personal style change drastically. Right now Katie reminds me of a little girl playing dress up. It's sad. She will come to herself eventually.
i believe katie has completely lost herself to keep her marital agreements with tom cruise. all the agreements are based on money, period, including doing everything with the church of scientology. katie is a goner. it is sad and tragic.
Since Isabella is adopted she gets H&M clothes while Suri wears shoes that cost thousands? Pathetic. Isabella does seem like a sweet girl. Suri is a spoiled brat.

KATIE MARRIED TOM BECAUSE BEING WITH HIM WAS A FAIRY TALE FOR HER. AFTER THAT SHE GOT HOOKED INTO THE MONEY. NOW SHE IS TOTALLY BRAINWASHED BY SCIENTOLOGY, AND AS WE ALL KNOW , NO ONE LEAVES SCIENTOLOGY, AND STAYS ALIVE AND WELL. TOM WOULD RUIN HER LIFE TOO, AND TAKE SURI, SO, SHE HAS TO NOT BE HERSELF EVER AGAIN. A TRAGEDY. HER PARENTS MUST REALLY SEE THIS TRAGEDY.
Go figure..bargain shopping for herself and Bella,but for Suri they buy all of the expensive stuff.
