Katie Holmes may be a lucky lady - but into every life a little rain soda must fall!
The actress was in Dodger Stadium yesterday afternoon filming a scene for her upcoming appearance in Eli Stone. Since she was in a ballpark, Katie decided to get herself some appropriate snacks - hot dogs, sodas, those kind of treats. Unfortunately, Katie never got to enjoy any of them - she stumbled on the way back to her seat and accidentally dumped the tray's contents all over some unlucky bystander!
Katie was, of course, completely mortified, and apologized profusely to the unlucky fellow. That's okay, Katie - it could happen to anyone!
Poor Katie - she must have been so embarrassed!

I have done this myself....it is so embarrassing. I didn't spill it on any one because the guy had got out of his seat to let me by with the tray. I felt horrible...I got his seat all wet with soda and garlic fries. :(
As if Katie would be allowed to carry her own tray. I am sure she has someone on her staff with that job description....definitely part of the shoot.

My friend worked this set and said it was ridiculous. They weren't allowed to have their cell phones or even any of their belongings on the set with them. All because Katie and Suri were there. So they had to sit in the sun for 7 hours straight with nothing to do or eat and then come back from lunch and do it all again. Also, one of the PA's shoved a girl out the way because a lead was walking by. They treated everyone like shit.
Oh, and dropping the stuff was THE SCENE. They filmed nothing else all day. Ridiculous.
