Katie Holmes stepped out in NYC yesterday afternoon wearing her favorite rolled up jeans for the 80th time. Why does she continue to taunt us like this!? She knows she's going to be photographed, and she knows bloggers are going to write about her pants and she knows they are going to rip their hair out while shouting, "Why, Katie, why!?" Maybe it's her little way of getting back at us...
