Tom Cruise's wife is still in NYC - you know, where it's freezing! - where she's performing on Broadway and, well, on Sunday we spotted her wearing, you guessed it, shorts. And not just any shorts... jean shorts, with tights.
What is going on with her?

We've seen Katie Holmes wearing some outlandish outfits recently, but this one takes the cake! Whether or not it was warm in New York, this ensemble is exceedingly unbecoming on Ms. TommyGirl. She needs a stylist to advise her in how to dress appropriately. Katie is a total whack-job.
