Tom & Katie Get Mad - But Not At Nicole Kidman

Mad Money, that is - as in Katie's new flick, which premiered last night in Westwood!
The celebrity couple took their time making their way into the theater upon their arrival, choosing to grace some of their fans with Hollywood glitz (not to mention autographs) instead of hustling inside.
That's OK - they probably knew how it ended anyway!
As you can imagine, Tom and Katie were hardly the only celebs in attendance - in addition to her Mad Money co-stars Queen Latifah, Diane Keaton, and Ted Danson, the red carpet was graced with a visit from Mary J. Blige.
It's just too bad Tom and Katie couldn't stick around for a group photo. They only stayed for 20 minutes before they cut & ran - to Tom's favorite steakhouse Cut!
They did, however, stay long enough for Katie to speak to the press about Nicole Kidman's recently-announced pregnancy. Despite their strained public relation, Katie was pure grace toward Tom's ex, telling reporters that she was "so happy" for Nicole and Keith!

How does Katie sleep at night, having sold out this way, both body and soul?
Katie's contract with Tom must be exhausting to comply with. It seems every day there is some PR stunt she has to fulfill, whether showing up at Tom's premiere, skipping her own, supposedly running the NY marathon, etc.etc. She is so busy that apparently she does not have time to take her daughter back home to Ohio (unchaperoned by Tom or Scientology goons) to visit the grandparents.
