She looks always sad, has somehow a grey facecolour. And even though she probably works out a lot, runs marathon and stuff, the shape of her body isn`t nice and her legs look often thick. (not fat). And the clothes she wears don`t help her strange figure either.

No she isn't starting a trend with the bag. Jennifer Aniston has a similar one and she wears it far better than Katie. Posh also has a Valextra--totally different model. Both Aniston and Posh wear their bags, whereas Katie's bag wears her.
