I can not believe that little girl is still sucking on a bottle and still in dipers. What is wrong with those parents.They are not doing there job!!!!!

The diapers are age appropriate but that bottle has gots to go!

That kids teeth are going to come in crooked if they don't take that bottle out of her mouth.

I was just coming to say the same thing about the bottle. The diaper is fine until age 3 but that bottle is a big no-no!

The real question should be is why is Suri still in diapers and sucking alien juice out of a baby bottle at 2 1/2 years old?!!!

I think the pic with the close up is a lil inappropriate. Also the comment about the diaper. It's perfectly normal to have a 2 1/2 still in diapers. Especially if she's starting out potty training. I don't know if I would wanna risk a long broadway show with my daughter, who is just learning to use the potty, in big girl pants. Chances are she wouldn't want to leave the show to have a potty break.

What i find disturbing is not the bottle or diapers, but the close up pic on a two year old's butt. Who cares if Katie's pregnant? We'll all know eventually. She can't hide it forever. Leave Suri alone!!!!!!!!

My son was 18 months old when he stopped wearing a diaper. 5 out of 10 children at 2 1/2 should be potty trained. THE BOTTLE IS TOTALLY UNEXSEPTABLE.

The bottle is a little disconcerting. Potty training--well all kids are different. I don't think it's a problem. But the bottle---DEFINITELY. Her teeth and her entire palate could be messed up from it.

As far as the diapers go, she was 2 in May, same as Shiloh and she still wears diapers. So do Britney's kids Sean who will be 3 in Sept. and his almost 2 yr. olf brother Jayden. Even Gwen's over 2 year old Kingston still wears diapers. Parents are lazy nowadays.
But as far as a BOTTLE ? Rediculous. Why not a Sippie cup ? It too can hold 8 oz. of Scientology barley DEVIL juice !

I'm not sure why everyone is so upset over the close up picture. It shows Katie's belly protruding...and Suri's leg...and a diaper. Kids run around in diapers all the time. I mean it's not like she's naked or something--you can't see anything.

The bottle is TERRIBLE. I can't believe that she's still on that thing, then again Scientology is plain weird. They don't even drink milk they drink some concoction of barley water, homogenized milk, and honey. Not very nutritious.

The diaper thing is fine. Kids potty train at their own pace and when Suri is ready she'll be ready.

I wonder though if they are lazy parents. You have to actually WORK with your child at this stuff.

And yes, when you take the bottle away they'll cry...but they'll get over it. You have to be strong and not just give it to them when they cry for it.

Ever thought Katie cut her hair like that for her broadway show? I don't like it either but she may have had to get it cut like that for her show...I guess we'll never know for sure. I have a little girl myself, she turned 2 in July. She is still in diapers and just now starting to use the potty, it's a lengthy process and takes patience, from both parties. I know lots of people whos kids weren't potty trained til 3 or after that. The bottle, eh, not so much, but if it makes little Suri happy, why not. She probably gets sippy cups too, just maybe not in public. I sure hope Katie is happy with her life, she'd deserve it!!

When did diapers were appropriate up to age 3? They should be off the bottle and out of diapers by 2 yrs old. They are not babies anymore, but toddlers. I raised two boys.

My son is 3 1/2 and he's in pull-ups which are pretty much the same thing as diapers. Some kids pick it up faster than others. They make diapers for kids who are past 3. All you parents talking sh*t about the diaper need to get off your moral high horse. The bottle however is pathetic and should be taken away immediately. Suri looks like she's gonna be a serial killer someday. Like a brunette version of the little girl in Bad Seed. Ughhhhh creepy.
