Katy Perry Collects Special Achievement Award At The AMAS

Showing off her sexy curves in a body-hugging Vivienne Westwood Couture gown, electric blue shoes and hot pink hair, Katy Perry looked like a modern day pin-up girl at the American Music Awards tonight.
The "California Girls" singer was honored with a Special Achievement award for becoming the first female artist to have five No. 1 singles from a single album -- "Teenage Dream".

Perry also got to rock out on stage, performing her new hit single, "The One That Got Away."
But where was hubby Russell Brand? Could those "marriage trouble" rumors be true?
