Katy Perry Feeling Better After Food Poisoning

X17 has exclusive photos of Katy Perry out with hubby Russell Brand in LA on Sunday.
The two stopped at a fruit stand to pick up some Vitamin C-filled goodies ... which Katy needs after her recent ordeal!
On Friday, the singer had to cancel weekend concerts she had planned for Chicago and St. Paul, Minn., due to food poisoning and severe dehydration.
Katy re-scheduled the canceled performances and also offered fans refunds.
Her next show is scheduled for July 13.
