Katy Perry Sports See-Through Skirt In Paris

Katy Perry is enjoying all Paris has to offer ... including all the fans who are dying to get a picture of her!
The sexy blue-haired songstress, who was seeing leaving the Hyatt Park Hotel, was showing a lot of leg in a see-through skirt. That's one way to get attention!
Russell Brand's ex, who recently posed for a sexy spread in Interview magazine(below), says she has plans to record a "dark" album next time around.
As for her new song "Part of Me," she says it wasn't about her split with Russell. Katy adds, "I wrote Part of Me two years ago and I always knew that Part of Me was a special song."
