Katy Perry Responds To Miley Cyrus Bong Video

The video that hit the web yesterday showing Miley Cyrus smoking something out of a bong caused a bit of an uproar (TMZ says it's salvia, we're still wondering if it's sativa), but the Disney sweetheart's famous pals are showing her some support.
Katy Perry posted this high-larious tweet yesterday, and Kelly Osbourne wrote, "I can tell u the big news Im here in New Orleans shooting a movie with Miley Cyrus called 'so under cover'! I luv Miley we r having a blast."
Seems like it's not THAT big of a deal, right?
At least she's not using Lindsay's favorite substance!
