Katy Perry Sending Russell Brand To Space For His 35th Birthday

Katy Perry got Russell Brand one heck of a birthday present -- it's been confirmed that the pop star has booked a $200,000 ticket to space for Russell's 35th birthday!
Louella Faria, a rep for Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic told E! News, "It is true. We are very excited to have him onboard."
Russell will have to participate in two to three days worth of astronaut training before taking off, and the journey will take the British comedian and other passengers 365,000 feet above the earth three times faster than the speed of sound.
Katy hasn't purchased a ticket for herself, but friends are hoping she'll change her mind and join her hubby-to-be.
Sounds like quite an adventure!
