Keanu Cleared in Crash?

Keanu looked contrite yesterday after he reportedly grazed a photog with his Porsche Sunday night in Palos Verdes. Although no charges have been filed, the authorities are saying that it was the paparazzo (who apparently was standing in the middle of the street to get a pic of Keanu as he pulled his car out of a parking spot) who was at fault, not Keanu, but the man was taken to a hospital to treat his injuries. First James Blunt, now Keanu, should paps beware of Nick Lachey next?
