Ke$ha's former managers are asking the Manhattan Supreme Court to speed up proceedings on their $14 million lawsuit against the star because they're afraid she'll run out of money before they get their payday.

In papers filed, her management company, DAS Communications, contends that Ke$ha "is a very young and inexperienced artist whose 'star' may not continue to rise."

They go on to warn that "Although she has made an incredible amount of money in a very short period of time, in large part due to DAS' efforts on her behalf, she could just as easily lose money if not properly guided."

Ke$ha was sued by her former managers over the summer, saying she cut them off after being pressured by songwriter Dr. Luke, whom they are seeking an additional $12 million from.

Ke$ha has filed a countersuit against them, claiming they illegally acted as her agent.

Someone's looking for a little attention!

Outspoken singer Ke$ha claims she "knew everything about sex before I was even seven," to Britain's The Times.

"My mom left me at home when I was 14 with a credit card, and a box of condoms and the keys to the car and said, 'Don't get pregnant and don't drink and drive.' I had to be responsible for myself," explains Ke$ha.

She adds the following: "I'm very upfront with who I am. There is sex. There is alcohol. The kids are gonna figure it out someday."

Ke$ha also pretends that her dad is Mick Jagger because she claims her mom "has a sketchy memory."

Ke$ha covers the female side of Complex's December/January 2011 issue, and she looks absolutely amazing here! I mean, it doesn't even look like her, which is the main reason she looks so hot...

So what did K money have to say in her interview? She reveals that she's split from drummer Alex Carapetis, ever so tactfully stating, "He had a Keith Richards vibe to him, but then he started acting like a woman, and I just can't handle that." So besides a "homeless beard and a bag of quarters," what else does the pop singer like in a man? "A big d*ck." So classy!

While the interview seems a bit awkward (mostly because Ke$ha is trying a bit TOO hard to be a badass), she does take the time to address all the haters out there, telling the mag, "I don't have time to go online to read what people say about me; I'm traveling the world and killing it."

Seeing as her album Animal has gone gold, we'll let her have it!

Ke$ha seems to be taking a few pages from Lady GaGa's style handbook with some funky shades and a wardrobe that many would call a hot mess!

The pop sensation mixed leather, leopard and oversized 3D shades during her visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live in Hollywood. Of course, once she got on stage, her trademark blue lipstick was in full force.

Judging by the way the fans went wild for the 23-year-old singer, her wacky style must be a big hit. Speaking of hits, Ke$ha's album Animal has been certified gold ... selling more than 500-thousand copies to date! Her single, Tik Tok, has been downloaded more than 5 million times and Your Love Is My Drug has scored over 2 million hits. To date, Ke$ha has sold more than 8 million downloads.

No wonder she flashed a dollar sign on the back of her hand while signing autographs. The girl is cashing in ... big time!

Ke$ha's got this way of actually looking like she brushed with Jack and is kinda half-there ... you know what I mean -- blank, blasted, busted.

She puts on that smirk with her teased up mohawk and her thigh-high slit dress and just stares ...

Anyway, she pulled out all the robot moves during her performance at the American Music Awards tonight but my favorite part wasn't her on-stage singing, it was her off-stage lip syncing to the Backstreet Boys/New Kids on the Block reunion medley! Did you see her getting so into it? Love it!

Ke$ha's type of music isn't exactly the kind of sound you'd most likely hear first thing in the morning, but for the Australian morning show, Sunrise, they got an eyeful of blue lipstick, ripped stockings ... and a glass full of glitter!

The 23-year-old singer, who has been performing as the opening act for Rihanna's tour, belted out her hit song, We R Who We R. During the number, the pop sensation manages to make her way over to the hosts, stand on the couch, and get the party started.

Ke$ha certainly marches to the beat of her own drum. Like her song says ... she IS who she is.

During Ke$ha's acceptance speech for her Best New Artist award at the EMAs last night, she said, "I make music for you and hopefully I can inspire you guys to give the finger to the cynics and f**king be yourself!"

While we have no problem with Ke$ha inspiring people to give the finger to cynics, we really wish we didn't have to see her finger herself on the EMA stage last night!

And it's not just that her taste issues extend to her performances... her red carpet look is also getting increasingly bizarre, and not in an interesting Lady Gaga sort of way, but in a trashy, heavy metal groupie from 1989 sort of way:

Yeah, she's making a statement with that "no contract" shirt, perhaps a nod to the suit waged against her by her former managers, but the statement she's making with those silky purple pants is just tacky!

Ke$ha was snapped on the Los Angeles set of her latest music video “We R Who We R”, and it looks like she's pulling all sorts of stunts! The video is being directed by Hype Williams, and just a few hours ago K money tweeted, “Driving home from my video shoot [the] same time traffic starts. Sunrise. Soo tired n soooo f*ing lucky u guys r gonna flip over this one.”
