Keira Knightley is getting ready to walk down the aisle with her rocker beau, James Righton, according to MSN!

The Pirates Of The Caribbean star's publicist broke the news this week, telling reporters:

“I can confirm that Keira is engaged to be married to James Righton.”

Keira has been dating the Klaxons band member since early 2011, after ending her 5-year long relationship with Pride and Prejudice costar, Rupert Friend.

Knightly has yet to officially confirm the news, and no additional details about the proposal or upcoming wedding have been revealed.

While visiting The Daily Show with Jon Stewart to promote her latest flick Last Night, actress Keira Knightley stunned in a flirty, nude-colored dress.

The Oscar-nominated starlet recently opened up to USA Today about her decision to not star in the latest Pirates of the Caribbean flick. Keira tells the paper:

“Doing it solidly for two years at that time was definitely enough. And I mostly just wanted to do something else.”

We have a feeling Penelope Cruz was happy with Keira's decision to leave the Pirates franchise.

The film, directed Massy Tadjedin, was first introduced at the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival and now the flick is ready for a wide release.

According to IMDB, "the story follows a married couple, apart for a night while the husband takes a business trip with a colleague to whom he’s attracted. While he’s resisting temptation, his wife encounters her past love."

Here's Keira Knightley and her long legs leaving J Sheekey in London last night - the actress is currently in the play The Children's Hour at The Penthouse with co-star Elisabeth Moss of Mad Men.

The Children's Hour plot is as follows: "An angry student runs away from an all-girls boarding school and to avoid being sent back she tells her grandmother that the two headmistresses (Knightley and Moss) are having a lesbian affair. The accusation proceeds to destroy the women's careers, relationships and lives."

As for films, Knightley will next be seen in A Dangerous Method with Viggo Mortensen, about Freud and the birth of psychoanalysis.

Keira Knightley and actor Rupert Friend have split after five years of dating, and reportedly her busy schedule and constant media attention were factors in the break-up.

The pair met in 2005 when the beautiful actress played Elizabeth Bennet to Friend's Mr. Wickham in the screen adaptation of Pride and Prejudice.

Knightley’s father tells the Sun:

"Yes, they have broken up. But that's the way things go, unfortunately. The only option is to get on with things. They were together for quite a long time and it is always hard breaking up. She's focused on her work."

Keira is currently busy with theater and movie projects, while Friend also has several movie projects in the works. Keeping busy is the best way to get over a break up!

Keira Knightley is reportedly set to star in a West End production of The Children's Hour, Lillian Hellman's classic 1934 play about two female boarding school teachers rumored to be lesbians. And if the London run is successful, the show could come to Broadway next winter.

The 1961 film version starred Audrey Hepburn and Shirley MacLaine.

Additionally, Knightley will be playing Princess Diana in a biopic with Dame Helen Mirren playing Diana's mother, Frances Shand Kydd.

But watch out, Keira - actress Charlize Theron is also starring as the Princess of Wales in a rival project, with producer Stephen Evans. Though the Theron film will instead focus on Diana's friendship with her former bodyguard, to reportedly be played by Evan McGregor.
