The Twilight hunk, wearing a killer striped sweater, joined a slew of celebrities at The Beverly in Los Angeles. ... like Jenny McCarthy. We're loving her oh-so-sexy Christian Louboutin boots!

Also at the party ... designers Dylan George, Abbot + Main and Luna Rosa Tequila.

We spotted Kellan Lutz at the Grove a few minutes before he taped a segment with Extra on Tuesday, and the Twilight hunk covered up his handsome face with a beanie and shades. Of course, he did flash us his sexy smile, so all is forgiven...

Kellan is busy promoting Immortals AND Breaking Dawn, so thankfully we'll get to see more of his deliciousness in the next few weeks!

Kellan Lutz sat down with The Advocate to chat about his buff bod, flirting and Twilight, and the hunky star reveals some surprising facts about his roommate preferences and how he gets girls.

On gay rumors:

"I don't Google myself, but I've heard that people think I'm gay. I've heard it all. See, I don't really go after girls. Most of the girlfriends I've had have come after me. So it's really funny when girls get offended because I don't hit on them. They'll transform their insecurity into, 'Oh, that makes sense, because I heard you're into guys and have a boyfriend.' I'm like, 'Seriously? That's your tactic to get me to like you?' There will always be rumors, but I know who I am."

"I love a topless run by the beach, and it does suck when paparazzi [are] there. It's like, 'F***, do I keep my shirt on because I don't want to be shirtless in another magazine?' I don't want to be known as the guy who always takes his shirt off. ... I've done a lot of photo shoots lately for the press coming up with Immortals and Breaking Dawn, and every photographer wants to get the topless shot. We've really had to be choosy and not do that for every magazine. I've actually been trying to keep my clothes on more."

"Honestly, I'd prefer to live with gay guys. They're the cleanest, and they just take care of stuff. Because I'm always away, coming home to a clean house means a lot to me. Trust me, I've lived with a lot of roommates, and straight guys are just kids who don't pick up after themselves."

Kellan Lutz graces the latest cover of Men's Fitness, and the Twilight hunk proudly shows off his abs (and arms!) of steel.

So what does he do to keep his bod in perfect shape? "I like to wake up with the sun around 6:30," he says. "I'll just go for a run, drop and do some push-ups, run some more, do lunges, grab the rings, and do pull-ups."

Kellan plays the Greek god Poseidon in the upcoming action flick Immortals, so we'll be seeing more of his manly muscles on the big screen this November. Kellan reveals that he likes to mix it up when it comes to his workouts, telling the mag, "I love mixed martial arts, weapons training, guns, knives, driving fast cars, and motorcycles. I love it all."

Twilight hottie Kellan Lutz may look intimidating with his perfectly ripped bod, but this gorgeous hunk is just your regular guy's-guy!

The actor opened up to GQ Australia for the October issue, and Lutz shared everything from his workout routine, to why he still insists on living with roommates.

On maintaining his fit physique:

“I get bored working out inside, so the beach has been my place lately. I run, I swim, I play paddleball, basketball, do some mixed martial arts. I like mixing things up.”

On how he found his current roommate:

“I like being around people so I posted an ad on Craigslist saying I was looking for new blood. Dick came by and we liked him, so, yeah, now he’s one of my boys.”

Lutz seems to enjoy taking care of his "boys”, telling GQ: “My boys all want to go to Vegas to watch the Super Bowl with me, so I say, ‘Great. I’ll provide the rooms and whatnot. All you have to do is buy a $400 plane ticket.’ That’s when my boys start moaning, ‘Oh, we have no money.’ But then I’ll catch them spending $200 a night getting drunk with a girl. What’s up with that?”

The sexy actor will next bee seen alongside Mickey Rourke in the epic flick, Immortals, which hits theaters this Nov. 11.

But Kellan isn't just a pretty face. He's also the co-designer of Abbot + Main's clothing line along with Dylan George and co-founder Danny Guez.

The ripped hottie greeted fans at Nordstrom at The Grove ... snapping photos and even letting a few give him a squeeze. Easy there, ladies ... and some gents!
