Woah! So it looks like Kelly Osbourne really is engaged to 18-year-old Luke Worrall! Kelly has been dating the model for about six months, and according to several UK reports, Luke just added on his Facebook page that he is "engaged to Kelly Osbourne."
Kelly has been sporting a diamond on her engagement finger for several weeks, but there was no official confirmation - until now!
