Kelly Rutherford Denies She's A 'Shopaholic'

UPDATE: The judge has given Kelly Rutherford the right to travel with her son to New York to continue work on the set of Gossip Girl.
Kelly Rutherford may play a spoiled socialite on Gossip Girl, but she says she's nothing like Lily van der Woodsen in real life.
Rutherford was in a Santa Monica courtroom again on Thursday, where she's locked in a contentious battle with her estranged husband, Daniel Giersch, over custody of their 2-year-old son Hermes.
Giersch is trying to prevent Rutherford from moving their son to New York where Gossip Girl is filmed.
"If I'm being asked to choose my career over my son, I choose my son," she said. "[But] I need this job to pay my bills, legal bills, and Daniel has offered no support."
On the stand, People reports Rutherford denied claims made by Giersch that she only cares about shopping and getting manicures and pedicures.
Testimony is set to resume on Friday.
