Kelly Rutherford Gets Restraining Order Against Ex For Being A Boob, Drying Hers Up

Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford's ongoing battle with her ex-husband Daniel Giersch has taken a turn for the bizarre: She was granted a temporary restraining order yesterday because Daniel is causing her stress that is "negatively impacting my ability to produce milk," among other things.
Ummmm, yeah.
Serena's mom also says that her ex is threatening her nanny and is unflexible with his custody visits, which is making it hard for her bring 3-month-old Helena to work in order to breastfeed.
The judge ordered Giersch to stay at least 100 feet away from Rutherford, Helena and Hermes, "except for brief and peaceful contact as required for court-ordered visitation."
Giersch also filed paperwork with the court on Thursday, claiming "immediate concerns that Kelly, her caretakers, and Kelly's mother are causing immediate harm to [their] children."
Sounds like Helena and Hermes are in for quite a happy childhood!

that can happen, they say if it does happen from stress then the post-partum depression is worse and the likley hood of suicide shoots through the roof. leave her alone dude.
They are ruining their kids lives.They should think of the kids well-fare and protection,but the fights will prejudice the kids in the future.They don't need to become friends,but they must at least deal with each other,like two adults,without fighting,for the kids mental health.
They may be angry,or hate each other,but the kids are the only victims in this story,they didn't ask to be born.They are in the middle of a stupid fight between two imature adults.Kelly and her ex are losers and bad examples of parents.Both are pathetic.As always,parents think only in themselves and their needs,not in the kids.Idiots.
