Kelsey Grammer has put the Colorado ski chalet he once shared with ex-wife Camille on the market for $7.9 million. The 8,230 square foot house boasts six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, and it features amenities such as a wine gallery, a three car garage, a hot tub and hardwood floors. The luxe cottage sits on 1.67 acres of land, and the Frasier star purchased it when he was still happily married to his second wife.

So what's his reason for selling? Grammer is reportedly looking at a New York City penthouse apartment for his new wife Kayte Walsh, and the two were recently spotted checking out units at the Plaza hotel. The residences start at approximately $2 million, and go all the way up to $15 million for triplex penthouses.

Camille who? Kelsey Grammer, 55, is officially married to 29-year old British flight attendant Kayte Walsh.

The couple were married at the Longacre Theater on Broadway in New York. Kayte wore a custom Peter Langner for Mark Ingram white wedding gown while Kelsey opted for a dark suit and gold tie. Very elegant!

Immediately after the ceremony, the smiling newlyweds made their way to the Plaza Hotel where the two will enjoy their wedding reception. The four-course dinner will include grilled filet mignon, king oyster mushroom carpaccio and wild mushroom risotto. Perfect for the vegetarian bride! As for the cake, it was created by the one and only Sylvia Weinstock.

Kelsey Grammer's ex wife Camille enjoyed a night out on the town with her former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars at Villa Blanca Restaurant in Beverly Hills, but she kept her mouth shut about today's wedding between Mr. Grammer, 55, and his 29-year-old fiancee Kayte Walsh.

When asked about whether she'll be attending Kelsey's New York wedding, the reality star just kept on smiling ... but didn't have an answer. We'll take that as a no.

Camille and Kelsey split after 14 years of marriage. For her bridal gown, Kayte will wear a custom Peter Langner for Mark Ingram gown, according to Access Hollywood.

As for the soon-to-be groom, he has arrived at the Plaza Hotel in NYC where preparations are well underway for his wedding tonight. The ceremony will take place at the Longacre Theater on Broadway.

$2.3 million bucks later, Kelsey Grammer is finally a free man ... until February 25 when he marries 29-year-old Kayte Walsh.

TV's most hated Beverly Hills Houswife Camille Grammer and her hubby of 13-years are officially divorced. While property issues have yet to be settled (the couple has accumulated over $100 million in real-estate) they will be worked out at a later date.

The $2.3 million the star had to pay protects the ex-Mrs. Grammer's pension rights against a future spouse, and gets him out of their marriage that much faster. More importantly, it frees the Frasier star up so he can quickly marry his hot young British fiancé.

Camille said in a statement:

"I have a great many mixed feelings about today -- I'm sad for what was, yet excited about the road ahead. What I most hope is that Kelsey and I can improve our communications and truly co-parent our two wonderful children, and I wish Kelsey and Kayte love and happiness in their new marriage."

Now Kelsey Grammer can get married later this month like he planned!

Attorneys for both Kelsey and Camille Grammer - who is now a star herself on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills - finally reached an agreement in court on Monday.

While the famous couple did not have a prenup (and financial details will apparently be worked out later), a judge is expected to grant a final divorce decree on Thursday of this week.

Kelsey and Camille split up last summer after 14 years together. Kelsey is engaged to British flight attendant Kayte Walsh.

If Kelsey is able to now marry when he wishes, does this also mean that Camille will get the settlement she desires?

Despite the fact that he's still working out a divorce settlement with wife Camille Grammer, Kelsey has optimistically sent out invitations for his February 25th nuptials to flight attendant Kayte Walsh.

The happy couple have booked the Plaza Hotel where they plan to throw a lavish, $100,000 wedding, reports the NY Post.

A source says, "Kelsey and Kayte have booked the Plaza ballroom for the reception. Despite the lavish surroundings, they want an intimate wedding with less than 150 guests. Kayte has laid out all the details, all the timings. The room will be decorated all in white, including a white cake. There will be a very tight guest list, and they won't allow cameras in. They're flying a lot of Kayte's family members in from England and putting them all up at The Plaza."

Hopefully their deposit will be refundable, because there is a chance he won't reach a settlement with Camille before the end of February.

Kelsey and Camille have no pre-nup and she is reportedly asking for half of his $100 million fortune.

Kelsey, who is planning on walking down the aisle for the fourth time, has said, "Kayte and I are marrying because we are engaged, and we are engaged because we are in love and see no reason to postpone our happiness any longer."

This divorce is getting nastier by the week, but we guess that’s expected when your hubby leaves you for a hot young flight attendant.

Camille Grammer is requesting the court grant her a cool $10 million, should Kelsey Grammer kick the bucket shortly after his marriage … umm does she think that may happen sometime soon?

Camille's lawyer, Neal Hersh, told the court she was concerned Kelsey's impending marriage to Kayte Walsh would affect her, as the 29-year-old Brit would receive some legal rights to property that is still up for debate in divorce proceedings.

Apparently the ex-Housewife of Beverly Hills' reasoning behind the $10 million claim is if Grammar did suddenly pass away, she would have to pay out of her own pocket for any litigation regarding his estate, according to online reports.

Grammer's divorce is going to cost the actor around $50 million, since they failed to sign a prenuptial agreement, and after 13 years of marriage, the couple amassed a fortune in excess of $100 million.

We can't emphasize enough how important it is for the Frasier star to sign a prenup ASAP the next time around!

Camille Grammer is coming clean about her soon-to-be-ex Kelsey Grammer's cross-dressing ways. The reality star had suggested, while on Howard Stern's Sirius XM radio show, that Grammer is a cross-dresser.

To clear things up, Grammer, 43, tells George Lopez:

"I don't regret anything I said on Howard Stern. I just regret that people don't take it as a joke. They take it so seriously. We were just being funny and having a good time."

Last year, Camille learned that Grammer had been dating Kayte Walsh, and that the two plan on tying the knot next month.

As for whether she'll get married again, the reality star adds:

"I don't want to get married again. I need time. I'm not dating anybody."
