Kelsey Grammer Files For Sole Custody Of Kids, Camille Prepares For Battle

Kelsey Grammer filed for sole custody of his two children with ex-wife Camille on Tuesday, and it looks like things are about to get ugly.
Grammer left his ex-wife of 13-years for his current wife, former flight attendant Kayte Walsh. Kelsey and Camille divorced in February, and Kelsey and Kayte married later in the month. Now, he wants primary custody of Mason, 9, and Jude, 6, offering Camille only half of their summer and half of their winter breaks.
But the filing has ticked off Grammer's ex-wife and she plans to fight it in LA Superior Court.
The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star has yet to make an official comment on the filing, but friends say she will not back down, and the kids "want to stay with their mom".
Kelsey's rep has declined to comment further on the recent news, saying only: "any statement would be inappropriate. The filing speaks for itself."
Kelsey met flight attendant Kayte Walsh during his stay in NYC last year, and announced his split from Camille last summer.
