Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett look so in love!

The adorable hubby and wife walked hand-in-hand through L.A.'s The Grove as they got ready to tape a segment for Extra on Thursday.

The duo were chatting with Mario Lopez about the former Playboy playmate's book, Being Kendra. And Kendra looked sexy as ever as she strolled through the shopping center in a nude mini dress and sky-high matching pumps.

Earlier in the week, Kendra blogged:

"I poured my heart and soul into Being Kendra (seriously, I held NOTHING back lol) and I feel that so many people can learn from and be inspired by my experiences. I am living proof that you can overcome your past and become the person you have always wanted to be and that’s what Being Kendra is all about."

Kendra Wilkinson is nothing if not brutally honest, and she's dishing all in her newest book Being Kendra: Cribs, Cocktails & Getting My Sexy Back.

In the follow-up to her best-selling New York Times debut, Sliding Into Home, the reality TV star admits that she thought about suicide during her worst bouts with postpartum depression. Her son Hank Baskett IV was born in December 2009.

According to Yahoo's The Famous, it was very difficult for Kendra to be a stay-at-home mom in Indiana while her husband Hank Baskett was playing for the Indianapolis Colts. It was so bad that Kendra got into screaming matches with Hank and even fired their nanny out of jealousy.

Kendra and Hank are now settled in Calabasas, Calif., and the reality TV star has no problem dishing about how much better things have been - including her sex life. She admits to going at it in cars, on Skype and on the floor.

We bet Hank is thrilled about that TMI!

At least that's what we're hoping happened when Kendra Wilkinson was spotted leaving Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills with her husband Hank Baskett Tuesday night.

Leaving baby Hank at home, the two enjoyed a nice dinner and even posed with fans. Kendra didn't seem remotely phased by the fact that she was wearing a white pullover, extra-long cobalt basketball shorts, and white and gold Havaianas flip flops to a steakhouse. Maybe it's because her eyes are all done-up? Let's hope so!

Who knew McDonald's did a body good? Apparently Kendra Wilkinson!

The former Playboy babe is back in fighting shape. She showed off her tight bod in a form-fitting bright pink racerback tank and purple and white striped booty shorts when she stopped into a Mickey D's on Saturday. The reality star was on her way to pick up a friend at the Burbank Airport.

It's awesome to see Kendra looking so happy. We know how hard she worked to lose the 50 pounds she gained while pregnant with her now 19-month-old son Hank. Last year she told Us Weekly:

"Sometimes I look at old pictures and I'm like, Agh! I need to get that [pre-baby body] back! It's motivating, but I still only work out three days a week. You can't obsesses about it. You have to learn to give your mind and body a break, or it can be unhealthy, like an addiction."

At the time Kendra said she still had a "little stomach pooch" and her arms and thighs were the hardest places to get toned - but she must've been working hard in the gym because she looks fab now!

Kendra Wilkinson and hubby Hank Baskett returned from a romantic get-away Saturday and you'll never guess where they went!

No, the Girl Next Door probably didn't confuse her holidays and by prepping for Cinco de Mayo (note her sombrero souvenir) instead of the 4th of July ... these two touched down at LAX after a few days in Cabo without the baby. Ahhh, south-of-the-border relaxation ... now, back to the grind!

Kendra Wilkinson is ready to give ex boyfriend Hugh Hefner a shoulder to cry on following his very public split with ex fiancee Crystal Harris.

The reality show star was seen driving her white SUV through the big gates of the Playboy Mansion. What a good friend!

Wilkinson, 26, recently told UsWeekly:

"Obviously I feel really bad for him and the situation. But I'm also happy. She was going to get ready in my old room, you know the room that I got ready in for my wedding. So I'm happy that she left it alone."
