Last night Kevin Costner was spotted arriving at JFK Airport in New York City, and it's already been confirmed that he will attend Whitney Houston's memorial service in Newark, New Jersey this morning.

Kevin and Whitney famously starred together in 1992's The Bodyguard, and it's not known how close they remained over the years, but the actor is expected to speak at her funeral in just a few minutes.

The BP oil spill made a lot of people angry, but who knew it would result in a lawsuit between Stephen Baldwin and Kevin Costner?

Baldwin and friend Spyridon Contogouris filed a suit Wednesday in New Orleans claiming Costner and his business partner Patrick Smith cut them out of their fair share of an $18 million deal with BP, who agreed to purchase oil-separating centrifuges from Ocean Therapy Solutions, a company the actors formed after the April 20 spill.

BP ordered 32 of the centrifuges from Ocean Therapy Solutions after Costner and Smith visited Port Fourchon in June to meet with BP and discuss their plan to help with the spill using their product.

Baldwin and Contogouris claim they were deliberately excluded from the meeting in which BP executive Doug Suttles agreed to make a $18 million deposit on a $52 million order for the 32 devices. The suit claims three days later Baldwin and Contogouris agreed to sell their shares of the company for $1.4 million and $500,000, respectively, and were not made aware of any deal concerning BP and Costner.

Mr. Baldwin and friend claim in the suit they were "schemed" to use money from BP's deposit to buy their shares in the company, and they were entitled to profits from the $52 million deal made with BP.

The suit states:

"This action effectively robbed plaintiffs of a distribution that otherwise would have been payable to plaintiffs."

Baldwin and Contogouris seek unspecified damages. Costner's rep has declined to comment on the suit's allegations.

Kevin Costner is back at home after a big health scare.

The 53-year-old actor was hospitalized overnight on Tuesday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after becoming ill earlier in the day.

"Kevin was driving in the Hollywood area Tuesday morning when he began to feel lightheaded," his spokesman told X17online. "He called 911 and they kept him overnight in the hospital."

Tests performed by doctors did not reveal any serious illness and Costner was released on Wednesday morning.

"He's feeling fine and is back on his feet," the spokesperson said.

Super-model and rock-star girlfriend Kate Moss is apparently set to retire her platforms to take up a career in music after she turns 35.

Although she's dabbled in music before, singing with ex-boyfriend Pete Doherty's Babyshambles both onstage and on their Down in Albion album, she's never done anything on her own.

A friend of Kate's tells the Sun, "She has told everyone she won't carry on modeling after she turns 35." (Kate's turning 35 in January of next year.) Says the source, "songwriting and being a singer will slowly take over."

It's hard to believe Kate can even string a sentence together, let alone write a whole song, but I'll be fascinated to see what she comes up with.

We caught Kevin Costner out and about yesterday afternoon - and for the first time, he had his infant son Cayden Wyatt in his arms! Kevin may have attended some glorious premieres in his life, but we're guessing this debut is closer to his heart than any of them!
