Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline chatted with TV Week about her engagement to Jason Trawick, and it sounds like he's genuinely thrilled about her announcement. "I'm really happy for her," he told the mag. "I think he's a great guy."

K-Fed added, "She's happy; she's doing really well. I want to say she's in a good place. I haven't spoken to her much since I've been [in Australia], both of us have been busy with her being on tour, but I do know from talking to the kids and talking to the kids' teachers that they're doing really good ... It's a good step in the right direction. I'm totally happy for her."

Kevin also spoke glowingly about Jason, saying, "He's a really good guy, I've heard a lot about him. I've spoken to him quite a few times as of now. He seems like a really good guy. The kids speak highly of him [and] her family loves him."

Though Kevin and Britney's two-year marriage ended in 2006, they have stayed on relatively good terms for the sake of their two sons, Sean Preston, 6, and Jayden James, 5.

Kevin also spoke about Britney's meltdown in 2007, telling the mag, "It was tough. [They were] just very, very, very dramatic times. I had to do what I had to do for the safety of our children. But at the same time, it tears my heart to pieces to watch your ex go through that, let alone watch anybody go through that. It's horrible. It was a completely dramatic, depressing stage of my life that I'm so glad I'm over and get to leave behind. It was tough."

Kevin Federline is a dad ... once again! Britney Spears' ex hubby's girlfriend Victoria Prince has given birth to Jordan Kay, according to Us.

Prince, 28, delivered their little girl on Monday just after 6:30 p.m.

Federline, 33, is already the father to four other children - Sean Preston, 5, and Jayden James, 4 with Britney Spears ... and daughter Kori, 9, and son Kaleb, 7 with actress Shar Jackson.

Federline and Prince have been dating for two years.

We couldn't help but notice the growing belly ... and we're not talking about just Victoria. K-Fed sure is living large these days!

Kevin Federline is getting ready to expand his family, yet again!

The fuller-figured ex-dancer and his very pregnant girlfriend Victoria Prince took Sean Preston and Jayden James to a little league baseball game in Woodland Hills.

The adorable little Spears boys look like they had a blast on the field, and really get along well with their dad's new baby momma -- always a plus!

Aside from Prince's belly, we can't help but notice what a little slugger Jayden James is. Mamma Britney must be so proud!

First-time mom Victoria Prince is getting great on-the-job training, by playing stepmom to Kevin's four kids!

Victoria can be seen hanging with Kori & Kaleb (K-Fed's kids with Shar Jackson) and Jayden James & Sean Preston after his baseball game Sunday, where she looks like a natural!

Photogs congratulated the couple on their impending bundle of joy (which Kevin has confirmed is a little girl) and the new parents-to-be couldn't be happier!

Wonder if Britney is as thrilled for the couple as we are?

After watching the game from inside her Mercedes G-Wagon last week, Britney Spears emerged to see Sean Preston batter up at the baseball diamond Sunday.

Jason Trawick escorted his lovely lady -- who was wearing a bright spring floral print with wedge heels -- and even bought a Coke for her to sip in the sunny Valley heat.
