We've just heard word from our X17online reporter inside the courtroom that Elliot Mintz has been sent to fetch his client.
Meanwhile, Britney is being held in a private room and expected to enter court after Kevin.
UPDATE: Britney's expected in court in the next 25 minutes or so. Stay tuned!

Britney will most likely be given more visitation rights today, but it'll be a long time before she ever has full custody of the kids again.
Come on Judge. Do what is right and what is best for those kids. Keep the visitation as it is.

The judge really should keep the visitation schedule as it stands, taking into consideration that it was not the court who said she could have some visitation time but KFed. The court really needs to wait until, or if, she is removed from the conservatorship to evaluate her behavior, when she is totally responsible for herself, to decide if more time should be given with the boys.
To all you haters who said she would show up early to work on a t.v. show, but not to fight for her kids, she showed up at court at approx. 8:05 AM.
9:39 YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR THE KIDS. THE COURT APPOINTED MONITOR HAS GIVEN HER REPORT AND THE JUDGE WILL DECIDE BASED ON THAT. BEING THAT YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IS IN THE REPORT YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IS BEST. IF SHE IS GETTING BETTER, AGAIN SOMETHING YOU AND I DO NOT KNOW, AND HER PAST BEHAVIOR IS JUST THAT, IN THE PAST, WHY SHOULDN'T SHE HAVE MORE TIME WITH HER KIDS? THERE ARE PLENTY OF CASES OF WOMEN AND MEN WHO HAVE MADE A HUGE MESS OUT OF THEIR LIVES, LOST THEIR KIDS, TURNED THEIR LIVES AROUND AND LOW AND BEHOLD THEY GET THEIR KIDS BACK. Based on your judgement if someone screws up to heck with them, they can never redeem themselves. If a parent does change and learn how to be a good parent then it IS BEST for the kids to be with them. That is why the courts work so hard for kids to be with their parents because studies show it is in the best interest of the children.
Again we don't know the final evaluation. Maybe she isn't ready yet, but thank God it isn't for us to decide.
9:56 for all the time you spend ranting, maybe you should spend some more time checking your facts. The report that is being presented today is NOT from the court monitor. Today's report is based on a psychological evaluation that was ordered by the court, done by a psychiatrist.
