Even Kevin Federline's attorneys get a night off every now and again - and last night, Mark Vincent Kaplan spent his time off the clock eating at Madeo's!
True to form, Mark kept his lips locked when it came to Britney and Kevin's ongoing custody battle, although he did confirm that the case will continue into 2008.
That's good news for Mark - Madeo's ain't cheap!
Man, one of these days Mark's just gotta slip up and say something juicy!

Oh brother. I am sure the guy is STALKING Britney. He has a right to go to a popular restaurant/bar/hotel in LA and since when do you have to be with your wife and kids every time you step out?

I beleive that britney and her lawyers are playing a game which they will win.if you think back kevin is only getting child support because he has no income,but at the end of the year he will be making over 100,000 for club apperances,and that's enough for the court to say you make more than enough to take care of yours,besides he's not paying shar no money,he may pretend to be a good father for now,but how long will it last
