Kaplan: K-Fed and Kids Doing "Fantastic"!

While at court to cover the conservatorship hearing yesterday, X17 photogs spotted a familiar face: Kevin Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan.
Although he was there on another matter (and didn't have anything to say about what was going on with Britney's current cases), we took the opportunity to ask him how Kevin and the boys were doing. "Fantastic," Kaplan replied enthusiastically.
Although we may not get the chance to see for ourselves - Kevin has reportedly pulled out of a planned reality show for E! about his life as a single dad.

He's not doing the reality show. E!wanted him to but he said no. He's doing a fabulous job with the boys. I know that the haters will be here saying he has a nanny blah, blah, blah, but even with the nanny kids as we know them always come to us for more attention they have a whole lot of energy. I just read on Perezhilton.com that Lynne is watching the boys so Kevin can go to the Marc Jacobs show. Maybe Britney will get a chance to talk to the boys. I wonder of she ever talks to them in the British accent, or does that personality not come out when its not convenient??

Yeah, he was there because he had ex-parte summoned me, he reps my ex.. He's been too fricking distracted by Brit Brit that when she was on lock down he didn't realize he had other clients. We paraded with our 4 attorneys from department to department then over to civil court. Yesterday, because he missed his deadlines, so I spent 25k in attorneys fees in 36 hours, and missed going out on a date. Thanks Mark!!!
