LOL....I doubt that a foot or so of water would be dangerous for small kids. That pool is a wading pool. Also did you see that the house has video cameras covering the pool and the back patio; as well there are 3 or 4 windows looking out the patio. I'm sure K.F. and or his nannies/guards have that area well protected. I see no problems with that pool.
