Mark Vincent Kaplan Discusses New Britney/Kevin Custody Arrangement

Today, Mark Vincent Kaplan is in court finalizing his client's full custody order (where, our X17online reporter tells us, he's currently with Laura Wasser in the judges private chambers). But last night, cameras caught the infamous attorney outside of STK, where he discussed his client's reaction to Brit's having given up on custody of her small sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
As he stated previously, the order, which is being finalized today, does anticipate what may happen if Jamie's conservatorship ends on July 31st, so will that be Brit's only hope of regaining custody? Or is this new agreement just a smart way for Brit to get more visitation in giving up custody?
I guess time will tell, but how sad!

I doubt the conservatorship ending will give her more custody...that would be just plain stupid!
If the conservatorship ends, then Britney will have even less visitation. Even x17 made that comment a while back. While Brintey is being watched and is under 27/7 servalence, then she gets more visitation since she can't harm them. But when the c-ship is over, that will not be the caee. They can still let her out of a c-ship even if she is not fully well yet, but won't be the same if the kids are involved. It is not the same to let someone out of a c-ship when they are not fully well yet, then it is to let them also have the kids on their own. It is a double edged sward. If Britney gets her freedom, then she gets less of the kids. If Britney stays in the c-ship, then she gets more of the kids.
Britney will get less of the kids when and if the C-ship ends. Which is of course what she wants. Britney obviously does not want her babies, she just wants her career back.
If they let her have visits with those kids without monitored supervision, something very bad will happen to them. I don't think a judge is going to let that happen.
She hasn't proven she's capable of managing her own life so she won't get more visitation if the c-ship ends.
Britney is working very hard to get her career (big comeback) on track. She Just made a video for Madonna's tour. Britney is also hard at work on her new CD, and she has other things in the works to, BUT, she gives up on her babies and throws them away to Kevin?
Shows where her priorities are. Her dead career is far, far, far, more important to her then her own flesh and blood babies.
Britney should just fuck off already. She puts all that work in to her career, but not her babies. What a horrid mother and human being!

Kaplan sorta looks like a rodent. Maybe AM can train him for special battery changing duty. He'll disappear and she'll become the hero to all of Brit's fans like she has always dreamed of. But then again, her plans could.....um...'backfire' in unexpected ways if she goes too far with it. Without some lawyers around, it might clear a path for Adnoid to get up on the Brit crazygravytrain again and she certainly doesn't want the competion! Why else do you think she tries to look like Brit (and fails)? I'm sure Kaplan's missing won't affect any of that anyway. Am just needs to pick the right lawyers for training. At least Kaplan comes pre-lubed and greasy, so that cuts down her expenses.
