As a mother of two boys close in age to the Federline kids, my guess is that one or both of the boys is sick. Sunday they were crying uncontrollably, probably indicating something was physically wrong. They don't normally cry in front of the paps, so it was unusual. I feel badly for the boys. According to TMZ.com, Spears apparently disobeyed all of the court-ordered custodial stipulations issued by L.A. Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon.

This means that Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline now has sole physical custody of the kids “until further order of the court.”

This news wasn’t really shocking, but it was distressing. I want to believe that Spears had to know that her failure to show up at the parenting classes and drug counseling sessions Gordon ordered her to attend and her apparent refusal to sign a judge’s order would result in the loss of her two kids.

But, I could be wrong. Maybe she had no one to remind her that she had to do it since her lawyer, manager, parents and a handful of friends and employees had either turned on her or abandoned her completely.

Some folks just don’t like riding on trains in which the next stop is a brick wall.

Of course, Spears could be suffering from the same kind of delusional malady that afflicts others of her ilk. Perhaps she was arrogant enough to believe that she was above the law. The worshipped often think they can beat the system because they usually do. You could fault her parents, who apparently let her have her way because she moved them into a new tax bracket. You could take exception with her handlers, who obviously mishandled an immature child. Or you can simply take issue with her friends, who should have had the courage of their convictions and told Spears to slow her roll when they saw her spiraling out of control.

But at the end of the day, anyone with an ounce of common sense knows that infants should be at home in bed at 10 p.m. and not eating dinner at a Sunset Boulevard hot spot with their scantily clad mother. Sean and Jayden were her snotty-nosed, diaper-wearing accessories. It was almost as if Spears used her kids to show us that there was indeed something awry in her world.

Maybe this was the cry for help that no one around her heard.

As for Spears, let’s pray that she uses this time away from her kids to reassess her priorities in life and grow up. At 25, she is obviously too young and immature to be anyone’s mother. I think she knows that and that’s why I believe that she totally orchestrated this whole episode.

I think losing her kids is exactly what she wanted. Sean and Jayden were getting in the way of her fun. What she might not realize now is that she lost the two people in the world who probably loved her unconditionally.

X-17 just HAD to slip that in there about the kids possibly needing to be seen by a doctor because of "something" that "may" have happened in the few hours since he took custody.

That's just BEAUTIFUL, X-17...you must have a REAL love/hate thing with Bratney...you LOVE her money but you HATE her. Because if you REALLY cared for her then A) you would not continue to enable her as an addict and user but in THIS instance, you wouldn't have made such a stupid comment if you REALLY wanted her to get her kids back. Because now of course you've got people thinking- hmmmm...is there any REASON to think that KEVIN may bring harm to the children?

Sean was nearly dropped right on his little soft spotted head...who did that? Kevin? NO, wait! It was Britney!

Sean was driven in a motor vehicle while sitting on someone's LAP...even in a low-speed, low impact collision, he would have certainly died or been critically injured. Who was it that made that CHOICE? Kevin? What? What's that? Oh, right. It was Britney!

Jayden received a horrid bruise on his arm from being "held" in a harsh and aggressive manner. Who was it that nearly wrenched the baby's arm out of its very socket because she was "mad" he pushed away from her? Was THAT Kevin? Was it? Hate to surprise you, but...It was Britney!

One of myriad child protective investigators Sean Preston Federline has been subject to in his short two years was due to him falling on a hard tile floor from a height of several feet because *someone* didn't buckle the tray of the high chair before the nanny fed Sean. SOMEONE wanted to show her stellar parenting skills before the nanny took over AGAIN so she carried him to the high chair herself...and didn't bother snapping in the tray. As a result, Sean had to go to the hospital because of a serious head injury. Who did this? Who couldn't be bothered with THE simplest of precautions to protect a tiny infant? Was it Kevin who caused such a large and intense bruise that little Sean wasn't seen in public for WEEKS? Um, no. It was Britney!

Okay...let's skip about a HUNDRED things I can think of and just move to the very RECENT-

Sean and Jayden are once again not buckled into their carseats...they are being sunburnt and wind-chapped while SOMEONE rides with the top down so the paps can get a good long look. SOMEONE is wearing a large hat, wide sunglases, and expensive sun protectant lotion, while the babies are burnt and battered by the weather. Later that night they cry inconsolably as again they are stuffed incorrectly and uncomfortably into carseats which are not buckled correctly. Now...WHO was it that did this? Was it...ah...KEVIN? Come on, say it with me now...It was Britney!

Only MINUTES before handing them off (hopefully for good) SOMEONE decides that fast food is just an absolute effing necessity at the moment and she LEAVES THE CHILDREN IN THE HOT CAR with no windows rolled down and nobody to see if they choke, feel poorly, or wake up scared. Of COURSE, they are not buckled into their carseats correctly and if in an accident would be seriously injured. Was it...Kevin? Hmmmm? Oh, I think some Britfans are smart enough to see where this is go-ing! It was Britney!

Who is the only one you see ordering handlers to change the babies' diapers in moving vehicles while they are NOT belted? Kevi-- ah, no. That'd be Britney, folks.

Who keeps them up til all hours so they don't wake HER? Something that has been confirmed by no less than four ex nannies, three ex assistants, and two ex bodyguards? Well you KNOW it's the person with alllll those "exes"...It was Britney!

Who was photographed not only allowing but encouraging the babies to play in a nasty, disease-ridden BIRD-bath? Not only that, it was done as a PHOTO-OP! Was that daddy? Nooooo...that was Mommie/Dearest! aka BRITNEY.

Who traumatized poor Sean by notifying X-17 they'd be at a boutique on Robertson and then showed up and even though she COULD have left him in the air-conditioned vehicle WITH the nanny, trotted Sean out (curiously soon after the Judge labeled her a habitual drug user and questioned her parenting) and forced him to go through a terrifying crush of paparazzi which SHE summoned there? Better believe it was Britney!

Who was photographed in recent weeks with a lit cigarette mere inches away from Sean's little FACE? Who has been photographed smoking in close proximity to the babies over one hundred times in just a few weeks? Uh, was that Kevin? No. Kevin was photographed smoking once...OUTSIDE the home because he CARES enough not to inflict dangerous secondhand smoke. X-17 was all over him for smoking at ALL...but Britney is a five-pack-a-day chimney and the kids just inhale that smoke, light after light. Now, did you get that? Was it...KEVIN who fills those poor babies' lungs with smoke on a near constant basis when they're with him? NO...Britney is the one who doesn't care about the kids' health.

Although it makes me sad and more than a little angry, I COULD go on and on and on, but anyone who still defends Britney has a mother is going to continue to do so even when we get the reports I suspect we'll get in a few days- the ones showing the traces of opiates in the babies' bloodstream from when Britney couldn't "handle" them, etc.

10:15AM, it's "obvious" this is done for "publicity's sake"??? REALLY? Well, then just color me SURPRISED, because Kevin was offered seven figure deals by People and other magazines to do photo shoots of him and the kids at his home...and he turned them down. He has been offered millions by media outlets who want the exclusive...and unlike Britney, he has NEVER once whored the kids out to the paparazzi.

10:59...IF Britney went to drugs, it was because she felt "unloved" by Kevin?!? Now that is just funny. She was doing lines of off mens' penises and strippers' breasts LONG before she met Kevin, but he MADE her "turn to" drugs! HA freakin' HA!!! That's why Britney FREAKED and tried to sue the salon owner when she found out they didn't throw the hair away...she was afraid the hair could be used to prove she used drugs while pregnant with Jayden. Once she found out that the hair follicle dies a certain time after being cut and that no "certain" determinations about drug use can be made after a number of days, she dropped the lawsuit and the whole issue in a big damn hurry.
Lastly 10:59...Britney's family has tried like HELL to "offer their support". BRITNEY IS the one who threatened them with LEGAL ACTION if they came near her or her kids. (Lucky thing they love their grandkids too much to be intimidated by Britney's empty threats) Her family is not present in her life by her OWN choice- period.

More than likely, Kevin found something after he got the kids back from Brit that he either wanted documented for court or wanted checked out for the sake of his kids health. He may be a money grubber but from appearances, at least he's being a decent dad and that goes a long way.
