Kiefer Turns Himself In

Kiefer Sutherland turned himself into police in New York City Thursday afternoon where he was given a desk-appearance ticket for allegedly headbutting Proenza Schouler designer Jack McCollough at a party earlier this week.
Wearing an overcoat to protect from a light drizzle and dressed in a light blue button down oxford shirt and blue jeans, Kiefer smiled at the media gathered around as he made his way inside Manhattan's 1st Precinct.
Since he wasn't charged with a felony, the 24 star can travel and will not be held in custody.
Neither Sutherland, nor his attorney made any statements about the charges.
No word on if he'll be allowed to drink, it sounds like that what got him into trouble in the first place, right?

I feel terrible for him. He obviously has a drinking problem that keeps rearing it's ugly head. Hopefully he has hit his bottom. I would hate to see him hurt someone else, or himself.
