What's with that big smile on Jack Bauer's face? Well, he was celebrating the fact that designer Jack McCollough (you know, the guy he allegedly head-butted in a bizarre attempt to protect Brooke Shields?) decided to drop the charges against him!
Wouldn't YOU be smiling if you avoided jail time for the second time in two years?
It's not like they could have kept Jack Bauer down for long!

If anyone was aggressive, it was the jerk who shoved Kiefer! According to the info I found, laying your hands on a person to shove them is assault. The designer guy should have faced charges. As for Kiefer, he's a gentleman. Chivalry isn't dead!

Kiefer was a jerk at the MTV awards. He must have been drunk to cry like that. It wasn't funny at all but disgusting.
