X17 XCLUSIVE - Kiefer's Back On The Booze, Leaves El Bar At 3AM!

Uh oh! Last night X17 photogs caught Kiefer Sutherland leaving El Bar on Barham at 3am, and eyewitness inside the bar tell X17online that the troubled actor (who went to jail early last year for his second DUI) was drinking beer the entire night! One source inside the bar told us, "Kiefer was jovial, and he knew a lot of people in the bar...it seemed like he was a regular here!"
Thankfully, the recovering alcoholic had a driver and he went home with a male pal, but eek! We're kinda worried about the 24 star...hopefully he's keeping his drinking under control! Then again, a Corona never hurt anyone, and as long as everyone's having fun (and NOT getting into bar brawls or headbutting fashion designers!), it's all good, right?
Is it not a big deal because he has a driver, or should Kiefer be at AA instead of El Bar?
