Only Kim Kardashian could look this graceful (and camera ready!) in the middle of stuffing food in her mouth!
Yesterday Kim and brother Robert lunched at Barefoot restaurant in West Hollywood, and the famous siblings chowed down as reality TV cameras rolled. When the two left the Italian eatery, they were swarmed by photographers, but as always, Kim was super sweet and posed for several shots before hopping into her SUV. Does this girl EVER get bitchy with the paps?
