Kim Kardashian also attended the In Touch Weekly Icons & Idols event at St. Bart’s Cathedral in NYC, and she truly lit up the red carpet in this sparkly frock. Oh, did we mention how thrilled we are that she returned to her natural haircolor? Loves it!
This outfit definitely wouldn't have worked with the old hair!
