The reality star looked gorgeous with minimal make up, tight white pans, a cream top and nude Christian Louboutins as she escorted her beau into the spa -- wonder if he picked up the tab?

Kim recently revealed during her sit down with Oprah, that she shares a special bond with the controversial wrapper because they both know what its like to suffer the loss of a parent at such a young age, confessing: "It's very comforting to have someone that knows everything about you, that respects you, understands, has gone through the similar things."
