X17 EXCLUSIVE - Kim's BFF Brittny Gastineau On Her Divorce: "Kim Is A Strong Woman"

Our photogs caught up with Brittny Gastineau at LA's famous The Grove shopping center on Monday (above), only hours after news broke that Britt's bff Kim Kardashian was filing for divorce from her hubby of just two months -- NBA player Kris Humphries.
Tres Glam jewelry designer Gastineau stood by Kim, telling us:
- "I'm sad for them [Kim and Kris], but Kim is a strong woman. Sometimes things don't always work out the way we planned."
Just a few minutes later, Gastineau Tweeted: "Some girls don't realize what they're worth, some guys don't realize what they have."
Just last week, Gastineau told us that no matter what happens, "Kim will be fine." She would not confirm nor deny a break up at the time.
