After exiting Kanye West's apartment Thursday morning wearing the same clothes she'd worn on their date the night before, Kim Kardashian later emerged looking sweet and sexy in a white blouse, skintight leather pants and a classic Chanel bag, as she rushed to trendy NYC restaurant, Cafeteria, for a dinner date with the rapper, before making a beeline back to her hotel room!
Did Kanye's new song reignite their former flame? The Grammy winner recently admitted he fell in love with the reality star in his new song, "Theraflu" with the lyric: "And I admit I fell in love with Kim around the same time she fell in love with him."
The happy pair "went public" with their relationship on Wednesday night, where they were seen getting all cute and cuddly on a movie date, but they've yet to officially confirm the news.
If Kim K is on the hunt for lucky hubby No. 3, Kanye West will certainly give Kourtney & Kim Take New York the ratings boost it needs!
