Kim Kardashian Covers Up Her Nasty Cold Sore

Kim Kardashian left her Miami hotel with pal Jonathan Cheban yesterday afternoon to do a little shopping, and the reality star wore an odd Givenchy top with an otherwise cute outfit of pleather Kardashian Kollection leggings and Louboutins.
After being crowned the most searched celebrity on Yahoo for 2012, you would think the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star would be more aware of the ever present cameras before stepping out in a frumpy ensemble! Or with a nasty cold sore! When we spotted her this time, however, her lip infection either had miraculously healed or was covered up with strategically applied makeup.
Maybe she rocked a flashy Celine bangle, gold Rolex, and Louis Vuitton cuff to distract us from staring too closely at her face?
