Kim Kardashian was spotted leaving the gym this morning, and the reality TV starlet rocked a sweatshirt with a heart emblazoned on the front ... loves it! No word on what Kim is doing for Valentine's Day, but now it seems like she might not be sharing a romantic evening with ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush!

Despite the fact that the two recently reunited over lunch, a source tells Life & Style mag, "They were being careful, you could tell. Kim gave Reggie a kiss goodbye on the cheek. It wasn't romantic. If Kim had any feelings that it was going to be romantic, she wouldn't have gone somewhere so public."
