Kim Kardashian and beau Kanye West have lots to look forward to in 2013!

Just one day after announcing she's expecting, the pregnant reality star and her dapper man hosted a New Year's Eve bash at 1 OAK Nightclub at the Mirage Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

Although Kim had to stick to non-alcoholic drinks, her mom Kris Jenner and friend Lance Bass partied it up!
