Kim Kardashian Returns Home After Meeting With Lawyer

Upon returning to LA from the Atlanta set of her film, The Marriage Counselor, Kim Kardashian wasted no time in setting up a meeting with her lawyer, on Sunday.
The newly divorced reality star is gearing up to file a defamation suit against former publicist Jonathan Jaxson, who claimed Kim's marriage was a "hoax" and that she still has feelings for ex Reggie Bush, last week.
Kardashian has hired high-powered attorney-to-the-stars, Marty Singer, who says his client is seeking at least $200,000 as payment for the damage to her reputation caused by Jaxson’s “allegedly defamatory statements.â€
Jaxson, who is currently promoting his book, “Don’t You Know Who I Am Yetâ€, wrote the headline on his website after leaning of a lawsuit: “I have NOT Lied & This Will Be My Final Comment on This!!!," adding he had “absolutely no ill feelings towards her what so ever.â€

Luckily, Kim was able to take a break from all the drama on Saturday to celebrate her little sis Kendall's birthday. She Tweeted: "Celebrated @KendallJenner's Sweet 16 tonite w our family & friends! I remember my sweet 16! It was the perfect nite! She will never 4get it!"
