Kim Kardashian Regrets Nude Playboy Pictures, Poses Naked For W

Kim Kardashian posed naked for Playboy in 2007 and earlier this year she took it all off for Harper's Bazaar, but when asked about stripping down for Playboy, the reality starlet recently admitted she regretted doing the photo shoot. "I'm sorry I did Playboy. I was uncomfortable," she told Bazaar back in September. "[My mom said,] 'Go for it. They might never ask you again. Our [reality TV] show isn't on the air yet. No one knows who you are. Do it and you'll have these beautiful pictures to look at when you're my age.'"
So um, after ditching her clothes for a sex tape Playboy and other publications and then lamenting about how she was "uncomforable," what's she doing totally exposed in these new shots from W Magazine?
