Kim Kardashian To Make First Official Pregnancy Appearance Tonight For NYE Party In Vegas

Now that the word knows Kim Kardashian is pregnant with beau Kanye West's baby, the reality starlet will be striking a pose for the cameras tonight in Vegas for New Year's Eve.
Kim K will be hosting a NYE bash at 1Oak in Sin City with Kanye. The pregnancy announcement sounds a bit coincidental, right? Like any of us are surprised.
We have a feeling that over the next year, it's going to be bump overload for Ms. Kardashian ... a big bump in the back AND the front. And tonight, Kim, no bubbly!
