Kim Kardashian: "People Don't Understand The Pressure On Me"

Kim Kardashian leads a difficult life -- beautiful, millionaire, engaged to an NBA player.
And the starlet reveals on a new episode of her reality show that she has been diagnosed with psoriasis, a condition that produces scaly, itchy, red patches of skin (see our photos of Kim's psoriasis in the gallery below).
Granted, that doesn't sound fun, and the condition can become severe. But, we're still not sure about Kim's attitude in the video above. She says:
- "My career is doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots. People don't understand the pressure on me to look perfect."
We can hear the Queen song in our heads now ... "under pressure ... "
Kim celebrated her almost-done singledom with a Las Vegas bachelorette party over the weekend. Fiance Kris Humphries had his bachelor party, too, they just celebrated at different casinos ... and see what major faux pas Kim made after the jump!

Um - maybe I'm not a Kardashian fan but I am a person with psoriasis. It is not a skin rash like eczema - it is an auto-immune disease. I lived a very stressful life and that's when it revealed itself. It causes Depression since obviously not very attractive and it can cover all of your body - face, scalp etc. It also can come along with psoriatic arthritis which is one of the most painful kinds of arthritis. The MD is making a good point. Slow down, remove some stress and hopefully she will be fine. I have no outward marks on my body due to meds, but as a result of the chronic pain - I can no longer work. So I suggest all you haters out there to imagine someone you love having to deal with this. It's not an STD or skank-ho disease. It's genetic. Go hate on someone else!

I don't feel any worse for her than I do for anyone else fighting this disease. She should feel grateful that she has the resources to get treatment. What completely shocks me, is how she reacts when the doctor say's there is no cure, it's genetic. Slow down your pace and de stress to see if your symptoms are releived, and she simply says that's not possible. How vein can youget?? Although this would be sweet karma for her in the eyes of all us not so fortunate peeps. I feel she's finally getting a dose of what we call "REALITY". If this is a publicity stunt, she should be sued for misrepresentation. I believe when the shoe is on the other foot she will rethink her lawsuit against Old Navy. We see her a perfect 10 in the mags wearing next to nothing, but on the street she's all covered up in jeans, a frumpy top or a knee length skirt. At party's when it's dark, she shows a little leg, but we all look good in that lighting. Everything with her wardrobe is planned down to the wire depending on the time of day and lighting. I saw the beach pics. I think she has a real nice figure, but she's far from the VS model she claims to be. i have psoriasis and a freshmen in college. I am not rich and don't have a glamorous life but i can tell you one thing is for sure. Psoriasis sucks and anyone who has it deserves respect for what we have to deal with everyday. It is embarrassing, frustrating, depressing, and just ruins most of the activities you used to love to do. So if you want to make fun of people with psoriasis go to hell.
