Although these peplum, high-waisted pants may not be the most flattering on her body, we'll give her a thumbs up on the gorgeous makeup and hair.
Despite being pregnant, Kanye West's baby mama has kept a busy filming schedule for her reality show. For this particular shoot, Kim is seen leaving her house and heading to the dentist ... then the spa.
Just yesterday, Kim K rocked an unusual black and white ensemble and now this. Yikes! Wonder if Kanye is styling the mama-to-be?
