Kim Kardashian's Baby Belly Has Finally Popped!

We can finally see it!

Kim Kardashian was on set for what looks to be another photo shoot with her sister Khloe today, and the reality star decided to give us the first glimpse of her growing baby bump! Although she's stepped out almost every day since announcing her pregnancy, this is the first time we've seen her in figure-hugging clothes that actually accentuate her expanding waistline.

"Well hello there! #PoppedOuttaNowhere!!!" the brunette beauty captioned the snapshot.

When it does come time to give birth, Kimmy K might be getting more help from her famous sisters and mom than her rapper beau.

"Emotionally, Kanye wants to be there for Kim throughout the labor, but he's just not sure he's up to it. He is embarrassed about it, but Kanye has always fainted at the sight of blood. And he feels very squeamish at the thought of watching the birth. The truth is, Kanye is scared he will just add to Kim's anxiety during labor," a source dished to Showbiz Spy.

If Yeezy can't handle it, we're sure Kris Jenner will be more than happy to pick up the slack!
