After popping out of her leather dress the other day, you'd think Kim Kardashian would want to stay away from form-fitting frocks, but nope!

Kim was snapped going to a meeting in Santa Monica this morning, and even though she looked more red carpet ready than business casual, she still looked hot. She tweeted, "Up early! Meetings meetings meetings! Today is gonna be a good day, I can feel it!"

So what's going on with Kim and beau Kanye West? She hasn't commented on the $750,000 Lamborghini she reportedly bought him for his 35th birthday, but one of the rapper's pals is spilling all sorts of juicy deets to Us Weekly about how he can't wait to settle down and have kids with the reality TV starlet!

"They're seriously talking marriage. And yes, she would [accept his proposal]," a friend tells the mag. "Kanye says he can't wait to see her carrying his child. He says she will look beautiful pregnant." I guess these two aren't taking it slow!
