Why does everyone keep saying she is going to jail for 90 days? That guy Whitmore from the sheriffs office said she will do 25% of 90 days, he said she will do approximately 23 days.
The 90 days of rehab will be worse than the jail and they will probably be forbidden to accelerate her to 60 days. After that she is on probation, drug and alcohol testing, and could well be wearing a SCRAM until July 2011.
She got exactly what she earned, a harsh sentence.

So what happens to all the other law suits against her while she's doing her tome in jail and rehab?
