Kim Kardashian's impending divorce to Kris Humphries is not only shocking to her fans, but also to Dr. Garth Fisher ... the Kardashian family's longtime plastic surgeon.
Dr. Fisher, who has a practice in Beverly Hills, tells X17online exclusively:
- "It saddens me to hear the news but I support anything Kim needs. While I'm certain she would have preferred things work out, it might be best to make tough decisions now before they got even tougher."
Just one month before Kim's wedding, X17online broke the exclusive news that Dr. Fisher gave Kris Jenner a Format Face Pinnacle Lift. The procedure was shown in detail on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
On a positive note ... at least Kim's mom looked fabulous in the wedding photos.
